Registering at a U.S. embassy can be completed on line. The U.S. State Department does not have a fee. Our service charge is $20 per trip registration. 1 trip may include up to 4 people and 4 countries as long as they are all the same trip. If there are additional people or countries another trip registration will need to be submitted. Complete and submit the form below. After completing the registration, we will email it back to you with a receipt. Usually you will receive it within 72 hours.
